OUR GUARANTEE

THE STRONGEST GUARANTEE IN THE INDUSTRY
THE STRONGEST GUARANTEE IN THE INDUSTRY

We’re proud to back all of our work with a lifetime warranty. As long as you own or lease the vehicle that was repaired, we will happily guarantee our work and material against defects. Our warranty covers both chip and crack repairs, as well as replacements.

In the event that you experience a defect with your auto glass repair, it’s important to contact us within 30 days so that we can evaluate what happened. You can give us a call at 725-529-2929 to begin the process of getting your windshield chip or crack repaired, under our warranty policy.

If you have any questions about our guarantee you can also reach out to us at this number and we’ll be happy to assist you. Our warranty does not cover the damage that results from stress cracks, windshield installations on vehicles that were aged and had rust on their pinch weld, or leaks.

We do our due diligence to make you aware of any existing damage, or rust, that may make the process of repairing, replacing, and maintain your auto glass more difficult. In the event that your existing damage is too great to warranty (after an accident for example, which has caused your chassis to warp) we will make you aware of it prior to getting started on a repair.

Additionally, if you experience damage with your auto glass that is not a result of defective material or work, it will not be covered under our warranty. The manufacturers of the materials we use will also not cover additional repairs or replacements.

Why is a Warranty Important?

If you’re considering getting your auto glass work completed by a business who does not explicitly warrant its craftsmanship, you should steer clear of them. A warranty is important because it protects you against the event that an initial repair, such as a resin filling of a chip, did not properly take.

We believe that auto glass clients in Las Vegas and surrounding areas should not have to pay for an additional repair in the extremely small chance that a defect has taken place.
